Parish Council Meetings for 2024
Meetings take place on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, on a bi-monthly basis - so we have 6 meetings per year.
Wixford Village Hall is the location for these meetings, which commence at 7.30pm. All members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting. There is a 15 minute public forum session scheduled at the beginning of each meeting where any member of the public is able to make representation to the Parish Council.
OUR NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY 12th NOVEMBER 2024.
Agenda's are usually posted to the website and village noticeboard approx 1 week prior to a meeting taking place.
At the conclusion of the meeting, minutes are compiled and distributed to the councillors for the perusal. Once minutes have been reviewed, they are then made available for general distribution. This process can sometimes take a while to complete, so please be patient whilst this is being done. If the minutes you require are still not available 28 days after the meeting date, please email to the Parish Clerk (contact details in the Contact us section) to enquire.
